5. Damages and Issues

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already have and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Any statutory withdrawal rights take precedence over the return eligibility conditions and exclusions in this policy. Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not restrict your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

For a valid withdrawal under applicable EU consumer law, we will reimburse payments due, including any standard outbound delivery costs required by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of the withdrawal. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. These statutory refund rules take precedence over the voluntary approval and processing period below.

9. Refunds

For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Statutory refunds are handled under the applicable legal rules, including the EU withdrawal rules above, and are not subject to a discretionary approval that limits those rights.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send your refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at wen@ousaa.com. This follow-up period does not extend any mandatory refund deadline or prevent you from contacting us earlier.
